I learnt the power of sound effects,that teaching with sound effects gives learning a new meaning and makes it more impactful.


*5. FILM A 1 MINUTE VIDEO (10 POINTS)*

In class we learned about how important it is for the teacher to learn how to make sound effects while teaching English. Sounds create learning links and help students memorize vocabulary. Sound effects add atmosphere to the class and fill dead silence. Film a 1 minute video teaching the following TYPE 1 and TYPE 2 sound effects. Include all of the following sound effects and post your 1 minute video to the group:


TYPE 1: 

a. Goat 

b. Washing machine

c. Bus

d. Text message

e. Wall (Make up your own sound effect to go with this word)

f. Couch (Make up your own sound effect to go with this word)


TYPE 2: 


a. The screen is loading (tick tock, tick tock)

b. How do you say this is English (Rub your chin and say: hmmmmmmm)

c. I made a mistake! (funny sound)

d. Waiting for a student to respond (Jeopardy game show sound: doo doo doo doo)

This line stands out because it highlights how people often rely on their own strength during struggles instead of trusting God. At all times we must always trust in God for he is always there for us.Simon lost his way but found it in Jesus.

As Jesus met people in the gospel of John we see their lives changed. Describe one way you have seen a life impacted by Jesus. If you are not a Christian you can share one thing you learned from Jesus.


Jesus has impacted my life from when he healed my sister from her cancer diagnosis, it built up my faith and led to a deeper bond with him.


*9. ORPHAN CARE (10 POINTS)*

It’s hard to do things in life if you don’t have a passion and love for something. But if you are passionate, it’s very easy. Make a list of at least 3 ways that could help a person increase their love and desire for helping orphans.


1.Spend time volunteering at NGOs

2.Start with small consistent acts of giving,over time the person will start caring.

3.Connect with like minded people,join communities focused on children's welfare.

The teacher shows authority by being clear, confident, and in control . His instructions are direct, and firm, and the students respond immediately.

E.g; When giving instructions like “Stand up!” or “Sit down!”, he uses a strong, commanding tone and clear gestures, and the students follow without hesitation

The teacher constantly shows happiness through smiling, laughing, and encouraging students.
